Özet

Mobilya, dekorasyon ve yapıda yaygın olarak kullanılan sarıçam (Pinus sylvestris L), doğu kayını (Fagus orientalis lipsky), dişbudak (Fraxinus excelsior L.) ve sapsız meşe (Quercus petraea spp.) ahşap malzemeleri, NaOH + H2O2, NaOH + Ca (OH)2 + H2O2, HClO ve HCl çözeltileri ile rengi açıldıktan sonra PVAc tutkalı ile yapışma dirençleri belirlenmiştir. Yapıştırma direnci deneyleri sonucunda; doğal malzemeye göre rengi açılan tüm ağaç türlerinin yapışma mukavemetinde azalma olduğu belirlenmiştir.

Abstract

It has been determined the effects of the bleaching on the bonding strength of the wood material, pine (Pinus sylvestris L.), oriental beech (Fagus orientalis lipsky), ash wood (Fraxinus excelsior L.) and oak (Quercus petraea spp.) which are widely used in furniture, decoration and building industry were bleached with NaOH + H2O2, NaOH + Ca (OH)2 + H2O2, HCIO and HC1, Then PVAc glue was used for bonding. It has been proven the decreases in the bonding strength of all bleached wooden types acoording to the naturel wood.
