Özet: Bu araştırmada, Keban Baraj Gölü Gülüşkür kesiminden belirlenen üç istasyondan alınan planktonik alg ve su örnekleri Eylül 1996-Eylül 1998 tarihleri arasında incelenmiştir. Araştırma süresince Bacillariophyta' ya ait toplam 165 takson belirlenmiştir. Diyatomelerden Nitzschia, Navicula, Achnanthes ve Cymbella genuslarına ait türler ortaya çıkış sıklıkları ve oluşturdukları populasyonların büyüklüğü ile fitoplanktonun en önemli üyelerini teşkil etmişlerdir. Diyatomeler en iyi çoğalmalarını genellikle ilkbahar ve sonbahar mevsimlerinde göstermişlerdir.
Abstract
Abstract: Phytoplankton and water samples were taken from three stations in Gülüşkür region were investigated between September 1996 and September 1998. During this study, a total of 165 taxa belonging to Bacillariophyta were determined.The species belong to the genera of Nitzschia, Navicula, Achnanthes and Cymbella were the most conspicuous members in the phytoplankton of the studied region of Keban Dam Lake. Diatoms were generally more conspicuous in spring and autumn.
