Psikoloji Dünyasında Yeni Bir Yaklaşım: Hermeneutik

Özet

Hans-Georg Gadamer, çağdaş hermeneutiğin en önemli temsilcilerinden biridir. Gadamer, kendinden önce Heideggerle birlikte başlayan,hermeneutiği ontolojik bir zemine yerleştirme çabalarını daha da derinleştirmiş, hermeneutiği evrenselleştirme yolunda önemli adımlar atmıştır. Bubağlamda hermeneutik modelinin temel kavramlarını ve ayrıntılarını elealdığı temel eseri Hakikat ve Yöntemle çağdaş hermeneutiğe yön vermişve bu alanda pek çok verimli tartışmanın ortaya çıkmasına neden olmuştur.Felsefe-psikoloji bağlantısı kurmayı hedeflediğimiz bu makalede, psikoloji alanına yönelik yaptığımız incelemelerde, psikolojinin doğa bilimleriolma yolunda yaptığı tercihten sonra doğa bilimlerinin yöntemlerini kullanmaya başladığını, bunun da insanı anlama konusunda ciddi sıkıntılarayol açtığını gördük. Bu bağlamda psikolojide hermeneutik kullanımınınalana katkı sağlayacağı düşüncesiyle Gadamerin hermeneutik modelini,özellikle psikoloji bağlantılı olabileceğini düşündüğümüz temel kavramları çerçevesinde incelemeye çalıştık.

Abstract

Hans-Georg Gadamer is one of the most important representativesof the modern hermeneutics. Gadamer had deepen the efforts to place thehermeneutics on an ontological ground which began with Heidegger before him, and had taken important steps towards the universalization of hermeneutics. In this respect, he had given a direction to the modern hermeneutics with his fundamental work Truth and Method, where he discussed thebasic concepts and the details of hermeneutical model s, and had led to theemergence of many fruitful discussions in this area. In this article wherewe aim to have a connection of Philosophy-psychology, from the surveysin the psychology field, we see that psychology, after selecting his wayto become a natural science, has started to use the methods of the naturalsciences and this caused to serious difficulties in understanding people. Inthis sense, because of the fact that the idea of using hermeneutics modelin psychology may contribute to the field, we tried to study the Gadamer shermeneutical model, especially its basic concepts which might be relatedto psychology.
