Abstract

Unilateral nasal masses are common clinical conditions in Ear, Nose, and Throat clinics, which may be difficult to diagnose due to their symptomatic similarities with rhinosinusitis. The diagnosis and management of these masses areimportant because of their relationship with cerebrospinal fluid or cerebral parenchyma and because they are morelikely to be premalignant or malignant than bilaterally observed inflammatory masses and may have originated fromvascular structures.
