Abstract
Granulomatosis with polyangiitis (GPA) is a systemic necrotizing granulomatous disease that involvessmall- and medium-sized arteries and affects the main respiratory tracts and kidneys. Upper respira-tory tract involvement usually occurs in 90% of patients, who most frequently present with symptomsof chronic sinusitis. Subglottic stenosis (SS) is a rare and severe complication that is usually observedin approximately 15% of patients. Here we present a case of SS in a patient with limited form of GPAduring remission.
