Varroosis ve nosemosis üzerine retrospektif bir çalışma

Özet
Bu çalışma 2006-2010 yılları arasında Merkez Veteriner Kontrol ve Araştırma Enstitüsü, Arı Hastalıkları Laboratuvarına yapılan başvuruları varroosis ve nosemosis yönünden değerlendirmek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Bu süre içerisinde Türkiye’nin 36 farklı ilinden 140 başvuru yapılmış; 179 petek ve 20606 arı incelenmiştir. 140 başvurunun 81’inde (%57.85) enfeksiyon tespit edilmiştir. Yapılan başvuruların 79’unda (%56.42) varroosis, 6’sında (%4.28) nosemosis ve 4’ünde (%2.85) ise miks enfeksiyon tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca her iki hastalığın yıllara, mevsimlere ve aylara göre dağılımları incelenerek araştırmacıların bilgisine sunulmuştur.
Abstract
The aim of this study was to evaluate the applications to the Central Veterinary Control and Research Institute, Bee Diseases Laboratory with respect to varroosis and nosemosis between the years 2006-2010. In this period a total of 140 applications were recieved from 36 different provinces of Turkey; 179 comb and 20606 bee were examined. Out of 140 applications, 81 (57.85%) samples were found to be infected. Varroosis in 79 (56.42%), nosemosis in 6 (4.28%) and mix infection in 4 (2.85%) were detected out of all applications received. Also both diseases were examined with respect to their distrubition in years, seasons and months and presented to the information of researchers.
