Özet

İttihat ve Terakki Cemiyeti'nin fikirleri ve iktidar yılları ile 31 Mart Olayı'nın mahiyeti yıllardır akademisyenler ve siyasiler tarafından tartışılmakta ve birbirine taban tabana zıt fikirler ortaya konmaktadır. Bu nedenle İttihat ve Terakki Cemiyeti'nin iktidar yıllarının daha iyi anlaşılması için dönemin kaynakları hiç şüphesiz en önemli kaynaklardır. Bu kapsamda ismi tespit edilemeyen bir kişi tarafından "İttihat ve Terakki Cemiyeti'nin Fırıldakları Yahut Tarih-i Mâtem" adlı eser kaleme alınmıştır. Bu eser, İttihat ve Terakki Cemiyeti'nin 1908-1912 yılları arasındaki iktidar yıllarını ele alan muhalif bir söyleme sahiptir. Bu nedenle yayınlayacağımız bu çalışma söz konusu hususlarda farklı değerlendirmelere katkı sağlayacaktır. Bu eser içerdiği konular ve yaklaşım biçimi açısından önemli bir kaynaktır.

Abstract

The ideas of the Committee of Union and Progress and the years of power and the nature of the 31 March Event have been discussed by academics and politicians for years and they have presented contradicting ideas. For this reason, the resources of the period are undoubtedly the most important sources for the better understanding of the years of power of the Committee of Union and Progress. In this context, a person whose name cannot be determined has received a work entitled "Tricksters of the Committee of Union and Progress or Mourning Period". This work has an oppositional discourse that addresses the years of power of the Committee of Union and Progress between 1908 and 1912. For this reason, this study will contribute to different evaluations on the subject matter. This work is an important source in terms of the subjects and the way of approach
