Abstract
One of the main reasons that revealed the subjectivity in the understanding and interpretation of the Qur'an is the realization of the fact that the Qur'anic commentator also belongs a specific school of thought. Political, economic, social and cultural developments in the history of Islamic science and culture have caused differentiation, different interpretations and exegesis in the Islamic society. This change and differentiation also manifested itself in understanding and interpretation of the Qur'an. The fact that those who devote their time in understanding and interpretation of the Quran belongs to a specific sect also reflects itself in the Qur'anic exegesis. The Qur'an is the first and most solid foundation of Muslims. Hence, since every scholar put an effort to approve the views of his school of thought and religious group in accordance with the Qur'an, they could not keep themselves their school of thought away from influencing their exegesis. The aim in this study is to approach the Qur'an and reveal how Oth is reflected in the interpretation of sectarian belonging. The framework in which such interpretations and approaches are appropriate will be addressed.
