Kimyasal ankrajların dayanımını etkileyen faktörler

Özet

Kimyasal ankrajlar mevcut betonarme elemanlar ile yeni yapısal elemanların birlikte çalışması için uygulanabilecek en basit çözüm yöntemidir. Ancak, bu ankrajların dayanımları bağlayıcı cinsi, ankraj deliğinin temizliği ve beton dayanım sınıfına göre çok büyük değişiklikler gösterebilmektedir. Çalışma kapsamında, kimyasal ankrajlarla ilgili olarak literatürde yer alan çalışmalar derlenerek ankraj dayanımını etkileyen faktörler irdelenmiştir. Sonuç olarak ankraj dayanımını etkileyen faktörlerden bağlayıcı cinsi ve ankraj deliğinin temizlik durumunun diğerlerine göre daha baskın olduğu görülmüştür. Ekme boyunun ve beton sınıfının belli bir değere kadar etkili olduğu daha sonrasında ise dayanıma etkisinin sınırlı kaldığı gözlenmiştir.

Abstract

Chemical anchors are the simplest methods for achieving the adherence between existing reinforced and new constructed concrete members. However, strength of these anchors can show great differences with respect to the type of binder, cleanliness of anchor hole and compressive strength of concrete. In scope of this study, factors affecting the strength of anchor are considered by reviewing the previous studies about chemical anchors in literature. Consequently, it is seen that the type of adhesive and the cleanliness of anchor hole are the most important factors affecting the strength of anchor when compared to the other ones. It is also observed that the embedment depth and the strength of the concrete are effective until a certain value but after then the effects of them on the strength are limited.
