Öğretmenlerinin Tükenmişlik Düzeylerinin Demografik Özel- liklerine Göre İncelenmesi (Ordu İli Örneği)

Özet
Bu araştırmanın amacı, ilköğretim ve lise kademesinde görev yapan öğret-menlerin mesleki tükenmişlik düzeylerini bazı demografik değişkenlere göre ince-lemektir.Çalışmaya Ordu İli devlet okullarında çalışan ve rastgele örnekleme yönt-emiyle seçilen 45 beden eğitimi öğretmeni ile 65 diğer branş öğretmeni olmak üzeretoplam 110 öğretmen katılmıştır. Öğretmenlerin tükenmişlik düzeyleri yaş, cinsiyet,medeni durum, görev süresi ve branş açısından incelenmiştir. Çalışmada öğretmen-lerin tükenmişlik düzeylerini tespit etmek için “Maslach Tükenmişlik Ölçeği”kullanılmıştır.Çalışmada yer alan beden eğitimi ile diğer branş öğretmenlerinin tü-kenmişlik düzeyleri arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir fark bulunamamıştır(p>0.05). Yine yaş, cinsiyet, medeni durum ve görev süresi açısından öğretmenlerintükenmişlik düzeylerinin farklılaşmadığı belirlenmiştir (p>0.05). Çalışma sonucundaOrdu ilinde görev yapan beden eğitimi öğretmenleri ile diğer branş öğretmenlerinintükenmişlik düzeylerinin yüksek seviyede olmadığı görülmüştür.
Abstract
The aim of this study is to investigate the professional burnout points of teachers according to some demographic variables. In this study there are totally 110 teachers who are working at public schools of Ordu and 45 of them are physical education teachers and 65 of them are other branch teachers. The burnout levels were examinated according to age, gender, marital status, tenure and branch. The Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) was ap- plied to the teachers to determine the burnout levels of teachers. No significant difference was found between the physical education teachers and the other branch teachers burnout levels (p>0.05). The burnout levels were not show significant differences according to the age, gender, marital status, tenure and branch (p>0.05). As a result it was observed that the physical education teachers and also the other branch teachers who are working in Ordu city burnout levels were not high.
