Kızıl şahin'de (Buteo rufinus) cecum'un anatomisi

Özet

Bu çalısmada kanatlılarda oldukça önemli olan cecum’un morfolojisinin Kızıl Sahin’de (Buteo rufinus) incelenmesi amaçlandı. Çalısmada 8 adet Kızıl Sahin kullanıldı. Sahinlerden uygun olan 4 tanesine kalbin apexi kesilerek latex verildi. Cecum’un morfolojik ölçümleri istatistiksel olarak degerlendirildi. Kızıl Sahin’de cecum’un oldukça küçük oldugu gözlendi. Cecum, iki hayvanda çıkıntılı iken 6 hayvanda fasulye seklindeydi. Cecum’un uzunluklarının sag tarafta 3,40 mm ile 6,47 mm, sol tarafta ise 2,86 mm ile 5,27 mm, arasında oldugu belirlendi. Genisliklerin ise sag cecum’da 2,19 mm ile 3,41 mm; sol cecum’da 2,17 mm ile 2,58 mm arasında oldugu belirlendi. Cecum’un bursa Fabricius’a olan uzaklıgının 25,08 mm ile 42,35 mm arasında degistigi görüldü.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to investigate the cecal morphology, which is very important for fowls, in Longlegged buzzards (Buteo rufinus). Eight Long-legged buzzards were used in this study. Latex was applied after cutting the apex of hearts of the four Long-legged buzzards. Measurements of ceca were evaluated with statistical analysis. Quite small cecum was determined in Long-legged buzzards. The cecum was prominent in 2 animals whereas in 6 it was in the shape of a bean. The lengths of the right ceca were 3.40 mm and 6.47 mm, and the left cecas were measured as 2.86 mm and 5.27 mm. The widths of the right ceca were 2.19 mm and 3.41 mm, and 2.17 mm and 2.58 mm in diameter in the left. The distance between the ceca and bursa Fabricius varied from 25.08 mm to 42.35 mm.
