Özet

Kliniğimizde değişik yöntemlerle tedavi edilen kronik dakriyosistitli 127 hasta farklı ameliyat tekniklerinin geç dönem sonuçları bakımından yeniden değerlendirildi. Hastalar 1-5.5 yıl takip edildi. Bu hastalardan 34'üne Kinosian tipi dakriyosistorinostomi ve Foley sonda, 70'ine Kinosian tipi dakriyosistorinostomi ile birlikte silikon sonda ve 23'üne Tok tipi dakriyosistorinostomi uygulandı. Kinosian ameliyatı ve foley sonda uygulanan hastaların 25' inde (% 80.6), Kinosian ameliyatı ve silikon tüp uygulanan hastaların 60 (% 85.7) ında, Toti yöntemi ile dakriyosistorinostomi uygulanan has¬taların ise 23 (% 100)' ünde rinostomi yerinin açık olduğu saptandı.

Abstract

We re-evaluated our patients with chronic dacryocystitis who were operated on different dacryocystorhinostomy methods . The patients were followed in the course of 1 - 5. 5 years. We performed modified type Kinosian dacryocystorhinostomy with silicon catheter application in 70 patients. We have noticed 85.7 % success rate in 60 patients after this method in late phase. We performed dacryocystorhinostomy operation by Kinosian' s method on 34 patients and inserted Foley silicone catheter to the lacrimal sac space and rhinostomy site as a stent. We have noticed 80.6 % success rate in 25 patients by this method in late phase. We performed dacryocystorhinostomy operation by Toti 's method on 23 patients . We found that the tecnique is succesful in 23 f 100 % ) patients in late phase.
