Özet
Bel ağrıları son derece sık görülür. Lomber disk hernisi, dejenere diskin lomber spinal sinir kökünü sıkıstırmasıyla ortaya çıkan, bel ve bacak ağrısı ile karakterize klinik tablodur. Alt torasik ve üst lomber bölgedeki benign kord tümörlerinin teş¬hisi son derece güçtür. Bu tümörler başlangıçta ağrı, segmental duyu ve motor kayıp gibi kök bul¬guları verirler. Bu çalışmamızda lomber disk her¬nisi ile beraber gizli seyreden bir torasik spinal kord nörilemmoma olgusu sunulmuştur.
Abstract
Lowback pain is extremely common. Lumbar disk herniation characterized by back ac¬he and siatica is the entrapment of lumbar nerve root by degenerated disk. Tumors of benign nature in lower thoracic and upper lumbar spine can be very difficult to diagnose. In these patients with chronic back pain all studies may be negative. They commonly produce nerve root symptoms of pain and segmental sensory or motor disturbances early. Here we present a case of lumbar disk her¬niation with hidden thoracic spinal cord neurilem¬moma.
