Özet
Gerçek bir aksesuar lob olmayan azygos lobu , anatomik disseksiy onlar da ve rutin toraks röntgenogramlarında yüzde 0,5-1 oranında rastlanır. Bu anomali, sağ üst lobun bir/iki segmentinin değişik kısımlarından oluşur. Göğüs radyografilerinde, azigos venin aberan bir ilmiği ve venin paryetal plevranın iki ve visseral plevra-nın iki katmanının mezenterinin oluşturduğu fissür mediastinumun sağında ters bir virgül olarak görünebilir. Anabilim Dalı'mıza çeşitli toraks patolojileri nedeniyle hospitalize edilmiş 3000 hastanın beşinde azygos lobu saptanmıştır.
Abstract
Azygos lobe is not a true accessory lobe and has been found in 0.5 to 1.0 percent of anatomic dissections and routine radiographs of the thorax. T his anomaly is formed from varying portions ofone or two segments of the right upper lobe. On the radiographs of the chest , the fissure which is formed by an aberrant loop of the azygos vein and its mesentery of two layers of the parielal pleura and two of the visceral pleura, may appear as an inverted comma to the right of the mediastinum. Azygos lobe has been noted infive out of 3000 patients hospitalized in our depart-ment because of various thoracic pathologies.
