Özet
Kronik öksürük ve yutma güçlüğü ile başvuran hastanın postero-anterior akciğer grafısinde üst mediastende genişleme görüldü. Bilgisayarlı toraks tomografisinde retro-trakeal posterior mediastinal kitle tespit edildi. Sağ tokatotemi ile 7x10 cm boyutlarında düzgün sınırlı kitle çıkarıldı. Histopatolojik inceleme sonucu kolloidal nodüler guatr olduğu tespit edilen olgu nadir yerleşimi nedeni ile posterior tiroid olgularını gözden geçirmek amacıyla sunuldu.
Abstract
Upper mediastinal enlargement was detected in the chest X-ray of a patient who presented with chronic cough and dysphagia. In computed tomography, a retrotracheal posterior mediastinal mass was detected. The mass measuring 7x10 cm was removed with a right thoracotomy. Histopathologically, colloidal goiter was demonstrated. The case was presented to review the rare cases of posterior mediastinal goiter.
