Özet

Amaç: Bu çalışmanın amacı, probe küretajda tek başına uygulanan propofol (P) ile propofol+alfentanil (P+A) kombinasyonunu hemodinamik stabilité, sédatif ve analjezik etkileri açısından karşılaştırmaktır. Gereç ve Yöntem: Probe küretaj uygulanacak American Society for Anesthesiologist (ASA) I-II grubundan 42 kadın hasta rasgele iki gruba ayrıldı. Grup I hastalara 1.5 mg/kg P, Grup II hastalara ise 1.5 mg/kg P +10 fj.g/ kg alfentanil (A) kombinasyonu uygulandı.

Abstract

Purpose: The aim of the present study was to compare the haemodynamic, sedative and analgesic effects of propofol (P) alone or in combination with alfentanil (A) during probe curettage. Material and Methods: A total of 42 women patients, American Society for Anesthesiologist (ASA) I-II, scheduled for probe curettage were randomly divided into two groups. The patients in Group I were given 1.5 mg/kg P, Group II: 1.5 mg/kg P, 10 pg/kg A. Systolic blood pressure (SBP), diastolic blood pressure (DBF), heart rate (HR), peripheral O2 saturation (SpU2), were recorded before induction, during and after operation. Results: No statistically significant differences were seen between the SBP and DBF measurements of the groups before induction and during operation (p>0.05), however, SBP and DBF were significantly lower after operation in the P+A group (p0.05). Duration of apne and recovery were shorter in Group I than Group II. Conclusion: We conclude that P used alone provided haemodynamic stability, sedation, analgesia and rapid recovery without the combination of opioids in probe curettage.
