Özet
Bu çalışma, özellikle son 10 yılda sağladığı ekonomik büyüme ile dikkatleri üzerine çeken Çin HalkCumhuriyetinin siyasi yapılanma özelliklerini ve bu yapının ülkenin dış politika ve ekonomisi üzerindekietkisini kapsamaktadır. Bu kapsamda Çinin ihtiyaç duyduğu enerji ihtiyacını karşılamak üzere Orta Doğu, OrtaAsya ve Afrikadaki girişimlerine, ülke ekonomisinde yaşanan küresel ekonomiye entegrasyon sürecine ve bugelişmelerin ABD - Rusya - AB ve Türkiye açısından ne ifade ettiğine değinilmiştir. Ayrıca Çinin süper güçolma konusunda ABDye karşı sahip olduğu dezavantajlar ele alınarak neler yapabileceği ele alınmıştır. Buamaçla araştırma konusuyla ilgili yerli ve yabancı literatür çalışması yapılmış, sayısal veriler konu ile ilgili resmikurumlardan, bu kurumlara ait yayımlardan ve internet sitelerinden temin edilmiştir. Araştırma konusu ve ortayakonan bulgular açısından değerlendirildiğinde, araştırmanın siyasi coğrafya başta olmak üzere konu ile ilgilisosyal bilimler literatürüne kaynaklık edeceği ve konuya ilişkin fikirlere yön verebileceği umut edilmektedir.
Abstract
This study discusses the political characteristics of the People's Republic of China which attracts attention for itseconomic growth for the last ten years and the effects of these characteristics on its foreign policy and economy.In this sense, the article refers to China's investments in the Middle East, in Central Asia, and in Africa in orderto to meet its energy need, to the integration process to the global economy within the national economy, and tohow these developments are understood by USA, Russia and Turkey. Furthermore, the article argues thedisadvantages that China has towards USA to become a world power. For this purpose, the literature related tothe current study was reviewed and the digital data was obtained from the related institutions, publications ofthese institutions and websites. Following the findings of study, it is hoped that the current study will be a sourcefor primarily political geography and the other social studies literature and that it will guide other relatedopinions.
