Özet
Bu çalışmada, Serbest Cumhuriyet Fırkasındaki iktisadi düşünce ortaya konulmakta, bu düşünceler etrafındakitartışmaların Türk iktisadi düşüncesine etkileri araştırılmaktadır. Serbest Cumhuriyet Fırkası, iktisadi gelişme vesanayileşme eksenindeki açıklamaları, parti programı ve söylemleriyle liberal iktisadi düşünceyi savunmaktaydı.Serbest Cumhuriyet Fırkasının iktisadi görüşleri etrafında yapılan düşünce ve eleştirilerin, yeni politikaarayışlarının olduğu bir dönemde Türk iktisadi düşüncesine etkileri oldu. Fakat 1929 dünya ekonomikbuhranıyla beraber liberal iktisadi görüşlerin gözden düşmesi ve partinin siyasisebeplerle kapatılmasınedenleriyle bu etki sınırlı oldu.Liberal iktisadi görüşler etrafında ortaya konulan düşünce ve eleştiriler, vergipolitikası, yabancı sermaye, devlet işletmeleri, inhisarlar, özel teşebbüsün desteklenmesi gibi hususlarda yeniyaklaşımların ortaya çıkmasına yol açtı. Bu durum CHFnin 1930 yılında hazırlanan parti programına kısmenyansıdı.
Abstract
In this study,the Free Republican Party's economic thinking has been revealed, and all controversy on the effectsof this thinking on the Turkish thought in economic were examined. Free Republican Party, economicdevelopment and industrialization in the axis descriptions, liberal rhetoric of the party program and advocatedeconomic thought. The economic vision of Free Republican Party's around the search for new policy ideas andcriticism in an era where there was a Turkish effect to economic thought. But these effects, together with theeconomic crisis in 1929 and the discrediting of liberal economic vision of the party was limited due to theclosure for political reasons. Liberal economicideas put forward opinions and criticism around, tax policy,foreign capital, state enterprises, monopolies, or private sector on issues such as the promotion has led to theemergence of new approaches.. This situation of CHF partially reflected in the party program in 1930
