Özet
Sınavsız geçişin kaliteyi düşürmesi ve mezun sayısının sürekli artması, meslek yüksekokullarındaokuyan öğrencilerin iş bulma kaygılarını arttırmaktadır. Bu sebeple; bu çalışmada, meslekyüksekokullarında okuyan öğrencilerin iş bulma kaygılarının belirlenmesinde kullanılabilecek bir ölçekgeliştirilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Ölçeği geliştirebilmek için, yapısal eşitlik modellemesi kullanılmıştır. Önceaçıklayıcı faktör analizi uygulanarak faktörler elde edilmiş, sonrada faktörlere doğrulayıcı faktör analiziuygulanmıştır. Bu amaçla hazırlanan 33 maddelik anket, Abant İzzet Baysal Üniversitesinde okuyan293 öğrenciye uygulanmıştır. Analiz SPSS 23 (AMOS 23) paket programıyla yapılmış olup elde edilenverilerin analizinde 4 boyut ve 16 sorudan oluşan bir ölçek elde edilmiştir.
Abstract
The reducing quality of open admission and the increase in the number of graduated students have increased the employment apprehension of the students in vocational school. Thus; in this study, developing a scale which can be used to determine the student’s employment apprehension is aimed. In order to develop the scale, structural equation modeling is used. Factors are identified first by applying explanatory factor analysis, and then confirmatory factor analysis is applied to these factors. A 33-point questionnaire which is prepared for this study is implemented to the 293 students studying at Abant Izzet Baysal University. Analysis is made with SPSS 23 (AMOS 23) package software and obtained a scale with 4 dimensions and 16 questions.
