Bursa' da satışa sunulan taze beyaz peynirlerden izole edilen koliform grubu bakterilerin tanılanması

Özet
Bu çalışmada, Bursa'da satışa sunulan taze beyaz peynirlerden 2p örnek alınmış ve koliform grubu bakteriler izole edilerek tanılanması yapılmıştır. Tanılama için IMVIC testi ile beraber değişik'biyokîmyasal testler kullanılmıştır. Taze beyaz peynir örneklerinden izole edilen 264 adet koliform susundan 72'si Escherichia coli Tip I, 34'ü Escherichia coli Tip II, 57'si Enterobacter aerogenes, 37'si Enterobacter cloacae, 31'i Citrobacter, 10'u Klebsiella aerogenes ve 8'i Klebsiella pneumoniae olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Peynir örneklerinde toplam 15 suş ise tanılanamamıştır.
Abstract
In this study, coliform group bacteria were isolated and identified from 20 samples of the freshly formed white cheese which are sold in Bursa. Different biochemical and IMVIC tests are used for identification of isolated cultures. Total 264 coliform strain which have been in the freshly formed white cheese, consisted of 72 Eschericiua coli Typ I, 34 Escherichia coli Typ 11, 57 Enterobacter aerogenes, 37 Enterobacter cloacae, 31 Citrobacter, 10 Klebsieilla aerogenes and 8 Kiebsietla pneumonia. From the samples of cheese isolated 15 strains couldn't be identified.
