Özet

Bugün gelinen noktada Türkiye'nin, modernleşme tarihinde yaşadığı patolojik durum ve ifrat - tefrit kıskacında tahrip olmuş nesillerinden sonra, yeni bir nesil için yeni ve doğru bir başlangıca ihtiyacı olduğu ortadadır. Türkiye bu başlangıcı hiç kuşku yok ki öncelikle eğitim politikalarında ve felsefesinde önemli bir değişikliğe giderek başlatabilir. Hiç kuşku yok ki söz konusu yeni başlangıcın gerçek mimarları öğretmenler olabilir. Türkiye için öğretmen sorunu bir beka sorunudur. İdeal bir öğretmen için kafa yormak ve acilen böyle bir öğretmen modelini sürece dâhil etmek Türkiye için kaçınılmazdır. Bu bağlamda düşünüldüğünde, bugün Türkiye'de siyasal ve toplumsal koşullar son yüz elli yılda olmadığı kadar müsait görünmektedir.Bu noktada, Türkiye'nin yeni öğretmen kuşağı, yukarıdaki sözü edilen büyük dönüşümü gerçekleştirecek özelliklere sahip olmalıdır. Bir yeni tarihsel toplumsal inşanın yapı taşı olacak yeni öğretmen, bunu hem kendisi hem de yeni nesiller üzerinden yaparken, aynı zamanda çok önemli bir tarihsel sorumluluğu yerine getirmiş olacaktır. Bu noktada ideal bir öğretmen kuşağı için var olan sorunları çözerek şartları hazırlayacak bir politik öncelik ise kaçınılmazdır. Türkiye'de yeni gelişen, yeniden bir büyük dünya gücü ve medeniyet inşacısı olma iradesinin sözü edilen yeni öğretmen marifetiyle ancak yeni nesillerde derin ve köklü bir sonuca dönüştürülmesinin mümkün olabileceği akıldan uzak tutulmamalıdır

Abstract

After the pathological conditions that Turkey experienced during the modernization process and the destroyed generations that lost in the gripper of extravagence-tephrite, Turkey needs a new beginning for new generations at the point reached today. It's no doubt that this beginning of Turkey could be depend on new education policies and new philosophycial approaches. And also it's no doubt that teachers are the architectures of this new beginning. Issue of teacher is a survival problem for Turkey. Preoccupying for a ideal teacher and integrating this teacher model to the process is inevitable for Turkey. When this problem considered in this context, political and social conditions in Turkey seems more convenient than for last hundred and fifty years.At this point, Turkey's new teacher generation must have the capabilities for the major transformation which mentioned above. When new teacher, who is the most important part of new historical social construction, do that over whom and new generations, will be realised an historical responsibility at the same time. Political priority is an obligation to solve the existing problems and prepare the necessary condions for an ideal teacher generation. The spine that aforementioned about becoming a new world power again and building a civilization in Turkey can only be reach to a deep and rooted result with the gimmick of new teacher
