Öğretmenlerin Okul Dışına Kendini Adama Odakları

Özet

Bu araştırmada, ilköğretim birinci kademe (1-5. sınıf) öğretmenlerinin okul dışı bazı kurumlara (siyasi, dini, ailevi) adanma düzeyleri ile okula adanma düzeylerini etkileyen değişkenlerin incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Araştırmada, "öğretmenlerin cinsiyet, yaş, kıdem, eğitim gibi kişisel özellikleri okula ve okul dışı değerlere adanmalanm etkilemekte midir?" sorusuna yanıt aranmıştır. Veri toplama aracı olarak araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilen "öğretmenlerin adanma odaklan anketi" kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada 260 sınıf öğretmenine anket uygulanmıştır. Ölçeğin geçerlik ve güvenirlik çalışması yapılmıştır. Ölçek iki faktörden oluşmaktadır. Bu faktörler, okula ve okul dışı değerlere adanmadır. 2. faktör kendi içinde siyasi, dini ve ailevi değerlere adanma olarak üç boyutta ele alınmıştır.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to investigate the variables affecting the level of commitment to school and some non-school institutions (such as political, spiritual and family values) of elementary school teachers. in the study, we aşk the question of vvhether some personal attitudes of teachers affect their commitment to school and their non-school values. The study was conducted through a survey. The scale of the "Commitment Focuses of the Teachers" developed by the researcher is used as the tool to collect the data in the study. The data was collected through a survey administered to 260 elementary school teachers vorking in Edirne city center in the education year of 1999-2000.
