Özet

Bu metin, manifesto ve ütopyanın son 200 yıl içinde sanatçı ve toplumu nasıl etkilediğini elealır. Siyasi manifestoların düşünce tarihine etkisi vurgulanır. Avangard siyasetçilerin aracı olanmanifesto daha sonrasında 20. yüzyıl sanatçılarının kitlelere ulaşmak için önemsediği metinlerhaline gelecektir.Manifesto kuramcılarının en önemlilerinden Saint Simon, sanatçıların sanayi ile yapacağı işbirliğiyle toplumsal reform yolunun açılacağını teorize ediyordu. William Morris ise toplumbireylerinin kendisi için üreterek refah içinde olacağını vaat ediyordu. Bu iki görüş ve bunlarıbesleyen Komünist Manifesto 20. Yüzyıl ideolojiler savaşının yapı taşları olarak görülebilir.Rasyonellerle romantikler veya kapitalistlerle sosyalistler karşı karşıya toplumsal mücadeleninde temelini oluşturdular.Bu ideolojik yönelimlerin sanatçıya yansımaları ile bugünün nasıl tariflenebileceği üzerinebir tartışma açmaya çalışan yazı, bugünün neoliberal ortamında, tasarlanan sanat ile müdahilmuhalif sanatın ilişkileri ve amaçları doğrultusunda nasıl ayrılıklar yaşandığını sorgulamayıamaçlar. Satış amaçlı kariyerist başarılarla piyasasını büyüten sanatçılar ile bir çok avangardsanatçı girişimi ve özellikle situasyonistlerin mirası ile oluşturulan ütopyaları arkasına alarakpolitik muhalefetini estetik eylemlerle kamusal alanlarda uygulayan sanatçıların toplumlakurdukları ilişkiler, bugünün sanat işlevlerinin en önemli parametrelerini oluşturur.Günümüz sanatına galeri müze gibi sanat kurumlarında tasarım ideolojisi ile projelendirilmişsanat eserleri üzerinden değil de sokaklardaki estetik üretim üzerinden yaklaşmaya çalışan buyazı bir sanat-yaşam-siyaset ilişkilendirme deneyidir.

Abstract

This article tackles how manifesto and utopia effected on art and society within last 200 years. Itis emphasized the effects of manifestoes on the history of thinking. Manifesto has been a meansof avant-garde politicians were becoming the articles that artists of 20th century regarded toreach the masses.Saint-Simon who was one of the most important theoreticians of manifestoes, was theorizingthat with the cooperation of artist and industry, way of social reform was open. William Morrispromised that individuals of society were living well for producing themselves. These twoopinions and Communist Manifesto supported those, can be seen as the building stone of theideological wars of 20th Century. Rationalists, romanticists or capitalists, socialists.This article, which tries to open a discussion about how these ideological inclinations reflectson artist and how could today be described, aims to question how did it be lived separationtowards relations and aims of designed art and intervenor opponent arts in neoliberal situationof this day. The relations that artists realized their political dissident with aesthetic actionsin public space taking their utopia s support with the achievements that are gained with thecareerist aims and with legacy of situationists, constitutes of parameters of today s art.This article is an experiment about binding art-life-politics with trying to approach contemporaryart via aesthetic production on the streets instead of artworks were designed with designingideology in art gallery and museum.
