Özet
Amaç:Bu çalışma, Çocuk Hastalıkları Hastanesinde yatarak tedavi gören hasta yakınlarının verilen hizmetten memnuniyet düzeylerini değerlendirmek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Gereç ve Yöntemler:Gönüllülük esasına dayalı olarak her ay her servisten taburculuk gününde araştırmayı kabul eden ilk 10 kişi olmak üzere toplam 840 kişiye anket uygulanmıştır. Anket formunda sunulan hizmetlerin algılanmasına yönelik memnuniyet ile ilgili soruları içermektedir. Hastane, koğuş tipi odalara sahip olup, nitelikli yatak oranı % 6 dır. Verilerin analizinde Kruskal-Wallis Testi ve Mann-Whitney U Testi kullanılmıştır. P
Abstract
Aim:This study was conducted to evaluate the satisfaction of the relatives of the patients who were hospitalized in the Pediatric Hospital. Material and Methods: A total of 840 volunteers, including the first 10 people who accepted the study each month on the day of discharge from the service, were surveyed. The survey includes satisfaction questions regarding the services provided. Most of the hospital beds were in ward type rooms. Kruskal-Wallis Test and Mann-Whitney U Test were used in analyzes. P
