Özet
Performans değerlendirme sistemlerinin etkin bir biçimde işlemesi, sistemin çalışanlar tarafından kabul edilmesine bağlıdır. Çalışanların sistemi kabul etmelerini sağlayan en önemli unsurlardan birinin örgütsel adalet algısı olduğu saptanmıştır. Performans değerlendirme sisteminde örgütsel adalet algısının doğru ve güvenilir olabilmesi için, performans değerlendirme sistemin planlanması ve geliştirilmesi, yürütülmesi ve sistemden elde edilen sonuçların çalışanlara iletildiği geri bildirim süreçlerinin bulunması gerekliliği göz önüne alındığında 360 derece performans değerlendirme sisteminin örgütsel adalet kavramıyla birebir örtüştüğü görülmektedir. Bu noktadan hareketle çalışmanın amacı, 360 derece performans değerlendirme ve örgütsel adalet arasındaki ilişkiyi, örgütsel adalet boyutları olan dağıtım adaleti, prosedür adaleti ve etkileşim adaleti ile bu boyutların çeşitli demografik özelliklere göre (yaş, cinsiyet, medeni durum, eğitim vb.) farklılaşıp farklılaşmadığın incelenmesidir.
Abstract
The effective working of performance evaluation systems depends on the acknowledging of the system by employees. In this purpose, it has been determined that the organizational justice is one of the most important elements. For a right and reliable organizational justice in the performance evaluation, the system must include the planning, developing and executing processes. Also, the system must have a feed-back process in which the results of the system delivered to employees. Taking these processes into account, 360 degree performance evaluation system is the best choice. So in this study, the effect of 360 degree performance evaluation on the organizational justice consisting of allocative, procedural and interacting justices has been investigated. Beside this, effects of demographical properties on the organizational justice have also been investigated
