Özet
Bu çalışmada, öğretim üyelerinin beklenti ve algıları üzerinden tıp fakültelerinde eğitim programının değişim sürecinin yönetilmesini belirlemek için kullanılacak ölçme aracının geliştirilmesi, geçerlilik ve güvenirlilik çalışması açıklanmaktadır. Ölçme aracı geliştirilirken, literatüre dayalı bir madde havuzu oluşturulmuştur. Madde havuzundan hazırlanan aday ölçekle kapsam geçerliliği çalışması için uzman görüşüne başvurulmuş ve maddelerin Kapsam Geçerlilik Oranı hesaplanmıştır. Ölçeğin yapı geçerliği beklenti ve algılar için Açımlayıcı Faktör Analizi (AFA) yapılarak incelenmiştir. Faktör analizi uygulanabilmesine yönelik Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin (KMO) değerleri hesaplanmış ve Barlett testi yapılmıştır. Ölçeğin güvenirliği için madde toplam korelasyon ve Cronbach Alfa katsayıları hesaplanmıştır. Abstract
In this study, the route for the development of a scale which was used to determine the management of changing process in educational programs through the faculty members’ expectations and perceptions of medical school and the studies for the validity and reliability of the tool are described. A pool of items based on the literature has been constructed during development of the tool. An expert opinion has been applied for the study of content validity with the test scale that is based on this pool and the Content of Validity Ratio was calculated. For the construction validity of the scale, both for expectations and perception separately Explanatory Factor Analysis were performed. Cronbach’s alpha coefficients for reliability of the scale in terms of internal consistency were calculated.
