Diyarbakır Suriçi Tarihi Kent Bilgi Sistemi Önerisi

Özet

Günümüz bilgisayar teknolojisi, insan hayatını kolaylaştıran birçok yönüyle hızla gelişmektedir. Bu gelişmelerden biri de farklı alanlarda uygulanan Coğrafi bilgi sistemleridir. CBS sunduğu araçlarla mekân ile ilgili olayların analizine ilişkin farklı parametreleri ve mekânsal olayları karşılaştırabilme ve analiz yapabilme gücüyle plan ve strateji geliştirme konusunda vazgeçilmez bir teknoloji olarak karşımıza çıkmaktadır. Coğrafi Bilgi sistemlerinin uygulamalarından biri de kent bilgi sistemleridir. Birçok kentimizin tarihsel bir kimliğe sahip olduğu ve karmaşık bir doku sergilediği bir gerçektir. Bu kentlerimizden biri de hiç kuşku yok ki yeryüzünün en eski kale kentlerinden biri olan Diyarbakır kentidir. Kale kentlerin iç içe geçmiş karmaşık modern ve tarihi özelliğinden dolayı sahip olduğu planlama güçlüğü bir yana, yeryüzünde benzeri az görülen bir yıkım ve yağmaya sahne olan Diyarbakır kenti, konu açısından ayrıca önem arz etmektedir. Diyarbakır Suriçi'nin Kentsel ve tarihsel dokusuna ilişkin bir bilgi sistemiyle, çağdaş, modem coğrafyanın insana hizmet etme ve diğer ilgili bilim dalları ve uygulayıcıları ile aynı platformda ortak dilde çalışma metodolojisi olan Coğrafi Bilgi Sistemini kullanarak yok olmakta olan tarihi bir mirasın envanterini çıkarmaya ve ileriye dönük stratejiler geliştirilmesi, bilimsel kriterlere uygun bir coğrafi bilgi ortamının oluşturulması bu çalışmanın ana hedefi olacaktır.

Abstract

The existing computer technology, which facilitates human life, is improving in many respects. One of these improvement is Geographic Information Systems (GIS) which are applied in many fields. GIS devices with ttheir means can compare and analyze various parameters and platial events concerning the events and related events; we consider it as an indespensable technology with its power to develop plan and strategy. One of their application is city data systems. It is a fact that many of our cities has a historical complicate texture. One of our these cities is without no doubt is one of the oldest castle city Diyarbakir. Diyarbakir city both owing to the one in the other complicated modern and historical character it has planning difficulty and with the demolition and the loot of which suchlike has never been unprecented is of great importance. Therefore, with an urban and historical texture of Diyarbakir Suriçi (the inner side of the Old city) concerning an information system; the service of contemporary and modern Geography to human beings, and with using Geographical Information System (GIS) which is the study methodology of the common language of the related science branches and the performers, requires stocking inventory of a vanishing a historical heritage, to improve strategies directed to future and to compose a geograhical information medium comply with the scientific criterions.
