Özet

Gerek kurumsal uygulamalar gerekse akademik araştırmalarbağlamında Türkiye'deki mânevî danışmanlık ve rehberlikhizmetlerine gösterilen pozitif ilgi her geçen gün artmaktadır.Adı geçen alandaki kurumsal hizmetlerde ön planaçıkan kamu kurumu ise din alanında kamusal bir otorite olanDiyanet İşleri Başkanlığı'dır. Sağlık Bakanlığı ile yapılanhizmet işbirliği protokolü kapsamında Başkanlık tarafındanhastanelerde mânevî danışmanlık ve rehberlik hizmetlerininverilmeye başlanmasıyla birlikte mânevî danışmanın eğitimikonusu da gündeme gelmiştir. Makalede öncelikle Başkanlı- ğın hastanelerde mânevî danışmanlık ve rehberlik hizmetlerindekisınırlılıkları belirtilmiştir. Daha sonra ise, Türkiye'dekihastanelerde uygulanmaya yeni başlanan mânevîdanışmanlık ve rehberlik hizmetlerinde çalışacak mânevîdanışmanların temel ve özel alan yeterliliklerinin arttırılması- na yönelik din psikolojisi ve klinik psikoloji perspektifi nden modüler sisteme dayalı kapsamlı biçimde geliştirilen sertifi -kalı bir eğitim programı sunulmuştur.

Abstract

The positive interest in the spiritual counselling and care services in Turkey is increasing day by day in the context of both institutional practices and academic researches. The leading public institution in institutional services, regarding the mentioned fi eld is the Presidency of Religious Affairs, which is a public authority in the fi eld of religion. Within the scope of the service cooperation protocol concluded with the Ministry of Health, the training of spiritual counsellors has become an action item on the agenda since the Presidency of Religious Affairs started to provide spiritual counselling and care services in the hospitals. In the article, fi rst, the limitations of spiritual counselling and care services of the Presidency of Religious Affairs in the hospitals are emphasized. Thereafter, a certifi cated and comprehensive training program was suggested, based on a modular system from the perspective of the psychology of religion and clinical psychology in order to increase basic and specifi c qualifi cations of the spiritual counsellor who will work for the spiritual counselling and care services, which have been recently provided in hospitals in Turkey.
