Özet

Kendilerine Hz. Muhammed’in peygamber olarak gönde-rildiği Araplar arasında şiir çok önemli idi ve Araplar şairlere çok de ğer verirlerdi. Hz. Muhammed de şairlere çok önem vermi ş, onlardan biri Müslüman olduğu zaman çok sevinmiştir. Onların şiirleriyle hem İslam’ın yayılmasına hem de hicivlere cevap vermek suretiyle müslümanların özgüvenlerini korumalarına yardım ederlerdi.Bu makalede müslüman olmayan şairler iki ana başlık altında incelenmiştir. İlkinde Hz. Peygamber’in tebliğe başladığı nda çoğ u hayatta olmayan ama şiirleri Araplar arasında okunan Cahiliyye dönemi şairlerine karşı tutum-ları ele alınmıştır. İkinci bölümde ise müş riklerle verilen mücadelede Müslümanlara karşı düşmanca tutum sergile - yen şairlere karşı takındığı tavır irdelenmeye çalışılmıştır.Hz. Peygamber, müslüman olmayan şairlere, İslama ve Müslümanlara kar şı hakaret içeren hicviyeler ile günahı teşvik eden ve öven şiirler yazmadığı takdirde dokunmamış, hatta içlerinde İslamın hoş gördüğü davranışları öven şiirleri beğendiği görülmüştür.

Abstract

he poetry had very significant place among the Arabs, where Muhammad was sent as a prophet and the Arabs paid great attention to the poets. Hz. Muhammad also gave much importance to the poets and he was very happy when one of them was a Muslim. The reasons for this gladness were actually two. By their poetry, they would help the Muslims both to spread Islam and to preserve their self-confidence by responding satire.In this article, non-Muslim poets are examined under two main headings. At first, when the Prophet began to tell Islam, in the first years of prophethood, his attitudes towards the poets of the Cahiliyye (ignorant period), many of which were not alive but whose poetry was read among the Arabs, were examined. Secondly, his attitude towards the infidel poets attacking Muslims with their poems was tried to be examinedWhen we closely look at the attitude towards the non-Muslim poets of the Prophet, it is realized that he did not touched any poet unless himself and Islam are attacked. For him two issues were highly important: To insult Islam and Muslims, to praise and encourage sins. It was these two issues that he could not accept.
