Özet

Kur'an tilavetinin tecvid ilminde belirlenmiş kurallar ölçüsünde yerine getirilmesi hem lafızların düzgün okunuşu hem de manaya tesiri bakımından önem arz etmektedir. Dolayısıyla Kur'an tilavet edilirken harflerin doğru bir şekilde mahrecinden çıkarılıp sıfatlarının da hakkıyla seslendirilmesi kırâatın doğru yapıldığına işaret eder. Tecvîd ilminde belirlenmiş ölçülerin dışına çıkılarak Kur'an tilavet edildiğinde anlam bozukluğuna neden olunacağından tecvîd ve kırâat âlimleri tarafından böyle bir okuyuşa ruhsat verilmemiştir
