Özet

Bu çalışmada, 1996 yılı, sığır-dana eti, inek sütü, beyaz peynir ve yoğurt perakende satış fiyatları (DİE 1998) değerlendirilerek her ürün için illerin ortalamaya göre durumu incelenmiştir. Ürünlerin, maksimum ve minimum fiyatla satıldığı iller arasındaki fark sütte, 32 birim olup, beyaz peynir ve yoğurttaki farka göre nispeten daha. düşüktür. Bu durum, süte göre dana etinde, daha fazla olmakla birlikte beyaz peynir ve yoğurtta olduğu kadar yüksek değildir. Peynir ve yoğurdun maksimum ve minimum fiyatla satıldığı iller arasındaki fiyat farkı yaklaşık bir misline ulaşmaktadır. Nitekim ortalamanın 2 standart sapma üzerinde fiyat bulan il sayısı, sütte 2, beyaz peynirde 6, dana eti ve yoğurtta ise 3 dür.

Abstract

For the products that considered in this study, retail prices of 1996 (DIE. 1998) were used and the rank of provinces to averages were examined. The variation in milk prices (between maximum and minimum prices) was 32 units. This variation was smaller than variation at cheese and yoghurt prices. This variation was larger than meat but not high as cheese and yoghurt. The maximum white cheese and yoghurt prices were about twice as much to minimum prices. The numbers of provinces that have high prices over general averages in milk, white cheese, meat and yoghurt were 2, 6, 3 and 3 provinces respectively.
