Türkiye' de yağlı tohumlu bitkilere uygulanan destekleme politikaları

Özet

Türkiye'de yağlı tohum üretimine elverişli yeterli tanın alanları olmasına rağmen ihtiyaç duyulan bitkisel yağ miktarı yerli üretimle karşılanamadığından, her yıl önemli miktarlarda yağlı tohum ve ham yağ ithal edilmektedir Bu durum, döviz kaybına neden olmakta ve gelişmekte olan ülkemiz ekonomisi için büyük bir ekonomik yük oluşturmaktadır. Yerli tohum üretiminin yetersizliği ve yerli üretime uygulanan fiyatın dünya fiyatlarına göre aşın yüksekliği nedeniyle devlet, özel şirketler ve kooperatifler yağlı tohum üretimini arttırıcı yönde çabalar göstermesine rağmen, bu çabalar değişik nedenlerden dolayı dar çerçeveler içinde kalmakta ve başarıya ulaşamamaktadır.

Abstract

Although, Turkey has suitable agricultural land to produce oil seeds, a great deal of oil seed and crude oil are imported every year, since the amount of the required vegetable oil hasır t been met with domestic production. This causes the loss of foreign currency in the country. Although, the government, private companies and cooperatives have tried hard to improve oil seeds production, for the various reasons, -the lack of the domestic oil seeds production and the higher price of which applied to the domestic oil seeds production than the world standarts- these attempts are limited and can't reach the goal.
