Özet

Bu çalışmada, çeşitli marketlerden satın alman paketlenmiş mısır çerezlerinde (cips, puf yapılmış ürünler ve gevrek gibi) küflerin izolasyonu, tanımlanması ve aflatoksin varlığının tespiti amaçlanmıştır. örneklerin hiçbirinde aflatoksine ve bu toksini üreten küfe rastlanmazken, örneklerden Mucor, Penicillium, Rhizopus, Cephalasporium, Trichodernia, Fusarium ve Thamnidium cinsi küfler izole edilip tanımlanmıştır."

Abstract

In this study, it is aimed'at isolating and identifying moulds in packed corn snacks (such as chips, puffed and flakes) in various markets. Aflatoxin existence in these products is also investigated. None of the samples had aflatoxin or moulds that produce aflatoxin. However, Mucor, Rhizopus, Cephalosporium, Trichoderma, Fusarium and Thamnidium were isolated and identified from these samples.
