Özet
Çukurova Bölgesi koşullarında pamuk çesjtlennin tarımsal ve teknolojik özelliklerini değerlendirmek amacıyla Gossypium hirsutum L. türü içindeki toplam 20 çeşitle yapılan çalışmada, incelenen çoğu özellikler yönünden çeşitler arasında farklılıklar olduğu, kutlu pamuk verimi, lif verimi, koza ağırlığı ve koza kutlu pamuk ağırlığı yönünden DP 50, çırçır randımanı yönünden Sayar 314 ve DP 50, l. el toplama oranı yönünden NC-143 ve Nata; lif inceliği yönünden DP 5409, lif kopma dayanıklılığı yönünden ise DP Acala 90 çeşitlerinin en iyi sonucu oluşturdukları, lif yeknesaklık indeksi, lif uzunluğu ve yansıtma yönünden çeşitler arasında farklılık oluşmadığı belirlenmiştir.
Abstract
This study was conducted to evaluate the agronomic and technological properties of the 20 cotton varieties (Gossypium hirsutum L.) under Çukurova region conditions.lt was found that there were differences among varieties for the most properties studied. Of the 20 varieties tested DP 50 had the highest seedcotton yield, lint yield, boll weight and seedcotton weight per boll; Sayar 314 and DP 50 had the highest gin turnout; NC-143 and Nata produced the highest first picking rate; the highest value for fiber straight was recorded for DP Acala 9U.No differences were found between varieties in fiber length, fiber uniformity index and reflectance.
