Endometrial kalsifikasyon: Bir olgu sunumu

Özet

Endometrial kalsifikasyon ve ossifikasyon uterusta tümör dışında ender görülen bir bulgudur ve çoğunlukla tekrarlayan abortuslar veya iatrojenik nedenlerle oluşmaktadır. 30 yaşında kadın hasta 2 ay önce sezeryanla doğum yapmıştır. Doğumdan itibaren süregelen vajinal kanaması nedeniyle hastaneye başvurmuştur. "Rest plasenta" düşünülen hastaya revizyone küretaj uygulanmıştır. Küretaj mataryelinin histopatolojik incelenmesinde kronik-aktif endometrit bulguları ve endometrium stromasmda kalsifikasyon odakları saptanmıştır. Tek bir gebelik öyküsü bulunan ve geçirilmiş abortus öyküsü bulunmayan hastanın küretaj mataryelinde saptanan endometrial kalsifikasyon, ender bir bulgu olması nedeniyle; etyolojisi ile birlikte sunulmuştur.

Abstract

The endometrial calcification and ossification are rare findings in uterus without malignancy and, generally the causes of them are recurrent abortus and other iatrogenic conditions. A 30-years-old woman has given birth by caesearian section two months ago. She has addmitted with continually vaginal bleeding since the caesaerian section. The revisional curettage was performed with the clinical diagnosis of rest placenta. Microscopic examination of the curettage specimen revealed chronic active endometritis and foci of the calcification in the endometrial stroma. In this study, a rare case of endometrial calcification that is obtained in the patient with the history of one pregnancy and without the history of the abortion, was presented with the etiology of this entity.
