İmâm Mâlik’in Sübhâneke Duâsı’nın okunmasına karşı çıktığı da nakledilmiştir. Hanefîlerin sünnet kavramı ile her zaman Hz. Peygamber’in uygulamalarını kastetmedikleri bilinmektedir. Bu bağlamda kaynaklara bakıldığında bu duânın kimi zaman Hz. Peygamber’e kimi zaman da Hz. Ömer’e isnâd edildiği görülmektedir. İmâm Şâfiî ile birlikte sünnet kavramının Hz. Peygamber’e has kılınması anlayışının yaygınlaşması merfû rivâyetlerin öne çıkmasını sağlamıştır.
Abstract
Many hadith scholars mentioned the Sübhâneke prayer in the chapter marked with what is said after the takbeer in their al-mosannafat. This prayer was regarded as sunnah by Hanafi and Hanbali Madhhab imâms and was recited by followers after iftitah takbir. While those belonging to the Shafii Sect read another prayer after Takbir, Mâlikis do not recite any prayers. It is also reported that Imam Mâlik opposed the reading of the Subhanakah Prayer. It is known that Hanafis do not mean always with alsunnah the practices of the Prophet. In this context, if the references are taken into account, it is seen that this supplication sometimes belongs to the Prophet, sometimes it is added to Omar. With Imam-i Shafii, the view that the concept of circumcision belongs to the Prophet became widespread. This made the merfû hadiths stand out. It is seen that this situation is reflected in the subhanaka prayer narrations. Hanafi Imams attributed this hadith to Umar and reported it. In Kutbu Sitte, the situation is almost reversed. While Bukhari does not include this hadith in his work, Muslim attributed it to Umar. On the other hand, the owners of Sünen-i Erbaa transferred it as marfu. However, while this narration was reported from many Companions as al-marfu, the rest, except for a controversial narration was considered weak. While in the works belonging to the third century of the Hijri, this hadith was transferred from two Companions as a al-merfû, by the fourth century, this number approached ten. Although the authors of the first three centuries reported this narration as al-marfu and narrated them in their works, they pointed out the problems in them. During the time of the contractor, there were scholars who drew attention to these problems and stated that it actually belonged to Umar. In the fourth century of the Islamic calendar, there were hadith scholars who gave these narrations the judgment of hasen or even al-sahih. We think that this disagreement arises from two pointsone of which is that the hadith scholars have a different opinion as to whether their narrators are reporting this hadith correctly or not. The other is that they do not have the same attitude in the understanding that their weak narrations come together and strengthen each other. When we come to the question of why the muhaddisis did not content with the narration of the mawquf when the hadith of Umar was reported as authentic/al-sahih, and why they drew attention to the problems in these hadiths, we think that this is due to two aspects. One of them, as afore-mentioned, the understanding of al-Sunnah is changing with Imam Shafii. That is, merfû narrations have gained importance. The other is that a widespread mass of people and scholars act according to this narration. In this study, the al-marfu hadiths related to the subject from hadith sources will be determined, the evaluations of the scholars about these narrations and their narrators will be mentioned, and it will be tried to determine whether this narration belongs to the Prophet or Umar.
