Özet

Doğal kaynak tabiattan hammadde olarak çıkarıldıktan sonra tüketiciye sunuluncaya kadar değişik işlemlerden geçirilir. Yapılan her işlem tüketime sunulacak ürünün maliyetini belirli oranda belirler. Üretim sürecinin başında yapılmış bir hatanın proses süreci içinde giderilmesi maliyeti gereksiz yere artırır. Bu nedenle her proses kademesinde doğru makina ve uygun proses devrelerinin seçilmesinin önemi büyüktür. Hammadde hazırlanmasında kırıcı ve kırıcı devrelerinin proses sürecinin hemen başında yer alması nedeni ile, bu devrelerin seçilmesi ayrı bir önem taşır. Yazıda, kırıcı ve kırıcı devrelerinin seçimi ile ilgili yapılmış bir çalışma sunulmuştur.

Abstract

Raw material treatment starts with the explotation of the material from the earth and continues up to becoming a product ready to be used. Each treatment step has a certain effect on the cost of the product. Trying to correct a wrong decision taken at the begining of the process, can be expensive. Therefore, it is important to choose the proper machines and circuits. The crushing system is placed at the begining of raw material treatment period. For this reason, selection of crushers and design of crushing circuits have a special importance. In this paper, the study on crushers and selection of crusher circuits have been examined.
