Çimento sanayiinde kartuş filtre kullanımı

Abstract

Increased production rates, lovver maintenance costs and reducad stoppage times are just a few of the improvements that can be achieved with optimal operation of a dedusting system. When upgrading already existing filter units that no longerachive the required filtering efficiency, the installed filter bags can be replaced by filter cardridges. The most important advantages of filter cartridges are the reduced compressed air consumption f ör filter cieaning, 2-3 times higher available filter area, lovver filter area loading and differential pressure and considerably shorter installation time. Filter replaces the conventional filter bag-supporting cage combination. Uptonow, the cement industry has been spectial about using filter cartridges. The positive practical experiences gained at cement factories in South Germany, Lebanon and Saudia Arabia which are described in this paper, provide sufficient grounds for justifiably refusing the prejudice that filter cartridges are not suitable for use in the cement industry.
