Okul Öncesi Eğitim Alan Çocuklardan Sınıf Öğretmenlerinin Beklentisi

Özet

Bu araştırmanın amacı sınıf öğretmenlerinin okul öncesi eğitim almış çocuklara karşı beklentilerini ve bu beklentilerin öğretmenin cinsiyeti ve kıdemine göre farklı olup olmadığını belirlemektir. Araştırmada veriler araştırmacılar tarafından geliştirilen "Beklenti Ölçeği" ile toplanmıştır. Bu ölçek İzmir Büyükşehir Belediyesi sınırları içersindeki ilköğretim okullarında çalışan 241 sınıf öğretmenlerine uygulanmıştır. Araştırma sonunda sınıf öğretmenlerinin okul öncesi eğitim almış olan çocuklara ilişkin beklentilerinin yüksek olduğu ortaya çıkmıştır. Bu durum öğretmenin cinsiyetine ve kıdemine göre anlamlı farklılıklar göstermemektedir.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the expectations of the class teachers from the nursery-school kids and to see the relationships between these expectations and the gender and experience of the teachers: All the data are gathered through "Expectation Scale". It was applied to 241 class teachers in 1 primary schools within the Izmir Municipality. At the end of the research, the expectations are found to be high from the Nursery school kids but these expectation do not show any significant differences in regard to the gender and experience.
