Abstract

The Low Frequent Ultrasound Influence on the Lipid Peroxidic Oxidation Process and on the Endogenous In¬toxication Upon Surgical Infection 117 patients with the purulent surgical infection of soft tis¬sues were investigated. Besides the common used treat¬ment the wound was sounded by ultrasound airzole or the effect of ultrasound cavitation was created in it. The indi¬cators of endogenne intoxication, lipid peroxidic oxyda-tion and antyoxidant body security was investigated in the dynamic, Upon this it was found out that the ultrasound treatment has great positive effect on the wound process and there were metabolical changes. From the two men¬tioned treatment methods the most effective were ultra¬sound medical airzole sed in the purulent nudis.
