Abstract

Spontaneous perforation of a Pancreatic Pseudocyst Into the Common Bile Duct: Report of a Case and Review of the Literature In this report, a case of pancreatic pseudocyst developing after acute pancreatitis with spontaneous perforation into the biliary tract was reported. The patient was treated suc¬cessfully by conservative means. The 12 previously report¬ed cases of pseudocysts with fistula, to the common bile duct were reviewed and possible complications of sponta¬neous rupture of a pseudocyst into the gastrointestinal tract were discussed.
