Abstract
A 60 years old man with parkinson's disease was admitted to hospital with acute abdominal pain, vomiting and abdominal distansion. A single large air fluid level was seen on plain abdominal radiography. At laparatomy organoaxial volvulus and necrosis of stomach was found and subtotal gastric resection performed.
