Retroperitoneal bölge lokalizasyonlu granüler hücreli tümör (olgu sunumu)

Abstract

Granular cell tumour is a rare benign neoplasm, that can be infiltrative. The lesion occurs in head and neck region and especially on the tongue frequently. Herein, a case of granular cell tumour of the retroperitoneal region is presented with its clinical and pathological findings because of its rarity and location with reviewing literature.
