Hickman kateter ve venöz port uygulaması (463 olgudaki deneyimlerimiz)

Özet

Hickman kateter ve venöz port uygulaması esnasında kullanılan açık ve perkutan uygulama teknikleri mevcuttur. Haziran 1995Haziran 2000 tarihleri arasında ameliyathane şartlarında lokal anestezi altında toplam 463 hastaya kateter ve port tatbiki yapılmıştır. 268 venöz port olgusunun 128'ine ve 195 Hickman olgusunun 112'sine perkutan teknik uygulanmıştır. Perkutan teknik kullanılan 240 vakanın 24'ünde (% 10) açık teknik uygulanan 223 vakanın 57'sinde (% 25.5) komplikasyona rastlanmıştır. Perkutan teknik uygulanan vakalarda hemotoraks ve pnömotoraks gibi komplikasyonların gözükmesine rağmen, diğer komplikasyonların az görülmesi, yerleştirilmesinin kolaylığı, işlem süresinin kısa olması nedeniyle deneyimli cerrahlar tarafından tercih edilebilecek bir metod olarak görülmektedir.

Abstract

Hickman Catheter and Venous Port Application: Our experience of 463 cases During application of Hickman catheter and venous port, open or percutaneous techniques can be used. Between June 1995 and June 2000, we applied 463 venous port and catheter under local anesthesia. 128 of the 268 venous port cases and 112 of the 195 Hickman cases were performed by using percutaneous techniques. There were complications in 24 (% 10) of the 240 cases that undergone percutaneous technique and 57 (% 25.5) of 223 cases that undergone open technique. Although there were complications such as hemothorax and pneumothorax in cases that undergone percutaneous technique, the technique itself seems as if experienced surgeons can prefer due to the low incidence of other complications, the easiness of placement and the short duration of the procedure.
