Özet

Çocuk işçiliği, değişik çeşitleriyle geçmiş yıllardan bu yana devletlerin mali ve sosyo-kültürel yapıları kapsamı içinde değerlendirilmektedir. Günümüzde çocuk işçiliği istatistikleri yönünden, dünya genelinde çocuk işçi sayısının 306 milyondan fazla olduğu tahmin edilmektedir. Bu kapsamda, başta Uluslararası çalışma Örgütü olmak üzere çok sayıda kuruluş, çocukların iş yaşamından dışarı çıkarılması doğrultusunda düzenlemeleri gerçekleştirse ve bu husus üstündeki çalışmalarını devam ettirmeye çalışsa da, hem Türkiye gibi gelişmeye devam eden devletlerde hem de gelişimlerini tamamlamış devletlerde çocuk işçiden yararlanmalar hala devam etmektedir

Abstract
