The Effect of Personal Values on Professional Relationship In Health Institutions

Özet

Kişilerin sahip oldukları kişisel değerler onların tutum ve davranışlarına yön veren ilkelerdir. Mesleki bağlılık ise, örgütün ve mesleğin etkinliğinde etkin bir şekilde rol alarak mesleğini devam ettirme davranışıdır.Çalışma Sivas ilindeki Cumhuriyet Üniversitesi Eğitim ve Araştırma Hastanesi ve Numune Hastanesi çalışanlarının sahip oldukları kişisel değerlerin görev bağlılığı ile ilişkisini incelemektedir. Literatür de kişisel değerler ve mesleki bağlılıkta yeni yeni araştırılmaya başlanmış konulardır. Bu çalışmanın amacı literatüre bu konuda katkı sağlamaktır.Araştırmada kişisel değer boyutlarının mesleki bağlılık boyutları ile aralarında ilişki bulunamamıştır. İstatistiksel olarak anlamlı bulunmamıştır.

Abstract

Personal values of the people they have are the principles that shape their attitudes and behaviors. The professional commitment is to continue the professional behavior effectively taking part in the activities of the organization and the profession. This study investigates the relationship between the personal values of the employees of Cumhuriyet University Education and Research Hospital and Numune Hospital in the province of Sivas. Literature has also begun to be newly researched in personal values and professional commitment. The aim of this study is to contribute to the literature on this subject. In the study, there was no relationship between the dimensions of personal values and their professional commitment. It was not statistically significant.
