Özet

Amaç. Bu tanımlayıcı kesitsel çalışmada amaç pubertal evre ve demografik veriler ile uterus ve overlerin gri skala ultrasonografi (US) ve renkli Doppler US (RDUS) bulgularının ilişkisini incelemektir. Yöntem. Pubertedeki 100 olgu Tanner sınıflamasına göre evrelendi. Uterus ve overlerin anatomisi ve kan akımı US ve RDUS ile değerlendirildi. Yaş, boy, kilo, pubertal evre, fundus-serviks oranı (FSO), uterus ve her iki over volümü ile uterus ve overlerin rezistiv indeks (Rİ) ve pulsatilite indeks (Pİ) değerleri ölçüldü. Abstract

Aims. In this descriptive crossectional study, the main objective was to assess the effects of flow changes on the uterus and ovaries. Methods. Hundred cases that are in puberty period were separated laps as per according to Tanner classification. Uterus and over's anatomy and blood flow evaluated with ultrasonography (US) and color Doppler ultrasonography (CDUS). Age, height, weight, pubertal stage, Fundus-cervix ratio, uterine and ovarian volumes with pulsatility index (PI) and resistive index (RI) values of uterine and ovarian arteries have been measured.
