Trombosit fonksiyon testlerini etkileyen faktörler

Özet

Fizyolojik koşullarda sirkülasyondaki trombositlerin görevi bir damar hasarı oluştuğunda kankaybını engellemektir. Subendotele trombosit-trombosit adezyonunu sağlayan ve hasara uğramışdamar duvarında geçici olarak trombosit tıkacı oluşturan bu sistem ateroskleroz veya arterialtromboz gibi patolojik şartlarda ise lokal iskemiye veya aterosklerotik lezyona sebep olmaktadır.Klinik çalışmalarda temel alınan trombosit fonksiyon testleri trombositlerin agonistlere olanduyarlığı ve oluşan trombosit cevabındaki spesifiklik açısından öneme sahiptir. Bu çalışmadatrombosit fonksiyon testlerini etkileyen parametreler, yapılmış çalışmalarla karşılaştırmalı olarakincelenmiştir.

Abstract

Under physiological conditions the function of thrombocytes in circulation is to inhibit the bloodloss upon endothelial damage. This system which establishes thrombocyte adhesion to sub- endothelium and forms temporary thrombocyte plug at the damaged endothelial wall causesischemia or atherosclerotic lesions under pathological conditions such as atherosclerosis andarterial thrombosis. The thrombocyte function tests which are taken as basis for clinical studies,are important in determining the sensitivity of thrombocytes to agonists and specificity ofthrombocyte answer. In this study, the parameters affecting thrombocyte function tests areexamined comparatively with literature results.
