Özet
Bu çalışmada, İzmir Karaburun-Akdağ'dan toplanmış Sideritis Siplyea Boiss' dan siderol, linearol, epicandicandiol gibi diterpenler izole edilmiştir. Buna ilaveten linearol ve epicandicandiolün diasetat türevleri elde edilmiştir. Bütün bu bileşiklerin antimikrobiyal aktiviteleri Staphylococcus aureus (ATTC 25923), Bacillus subtilis (ATCC 6633;, Escherichia coli (ATCC 11230), Pseudomonas aeruginosa (ATCC 27853) gibi bakterilere ve Candida albicans (ATCC 90028) gibi mayaya karşı çalışılmıştır. Antimikrobiyal aktivite Kuyu yöntemine göre Raman tarafından yapıldığı gibi ölçülmüştür. Candida Albicans hariç, diğer bütün mikroorganizmalar bizim test kimyasallarımızla karşılaştırmak için antibiyotiklere karşı test edilmişlerdir
Abstract
Oligomeric N-substitued glycines (NSG) or "peptoids" are a novel class of polymer. In this study, four submonomers were synthesized for novel NSGs. These are 2-[(Triisopropylsilyl)oxy]ethylamine, Butyloxycarbonyl (Boc)-l,4-diaminobutane, sec-Butylamine, iso-Butylamine. These submonomers were successfully used for the preparation of oligo-peptoids by the conventional submonomer synthesis method.
