Abstract
Abstract: In this article the grave stele with the inventory number 138 in Side Museum is studied. On the stele facing and looking at each other are two busts of women in profile. From the typological and stylistic evidence the relief caving of this stele can be related to those carved in the second half of the II. century B.C. From the figures carved on this piece of grave stele, which is thought to have been produced in a local workshop, it has been interpreted by a master who well knows the stele produced in Pamphylia, as depicting Moira. In the pediment area of the Pamphylian grave steles from the 2nd half of the II century B.C., a bust shaped figure is carved in the upper part of the stele, which established a tripartite group, when the life expected is to be considered determined in association with the spindle, distaff, thread-related objects, the form of a bust of the female figure is Moria and a woman or a single man or a single woman in a male bust should be kept seperate from the sample are seen. Inventory number 138 a stele and a piece of work that reflects the distinctive local style of Pamphylia in terms of the quality and composition and a date in the second half of the IInd century B.C., carved around 140-130 B.C.
